Blog #25



 Were there ways in which to "green" your healthcare setting that you had not previously considered? Is there a green team or the equivalent in your work setting?  Who makes purchasing decisions?

I have considered speaking to management about placing container in the lunch room to collect food wast and compost food waste. Presently there is no green team. The CEO makes the purchasing decisions

    My hospital also did not have a green team but have recently started one and it is taking off! just takes the right person to make it happen.
